At NYNE, we stand behind every can we ship. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your NYNE Focus for any reason, contact us at hello@drinknyne.com within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us at hello@drinknyne.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method promptly.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us at hello@drinknyne.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If we confirm the package was lost, we'll reship your order at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items As a consumable food and beverage product, we are unable to accept physical returns. All refunds are processed without requiring the return of product.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
