Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how NYNE subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel one.

Subscriptions
When you start a NYNE subscription you receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and your payment method is charged automatically for each delivery, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you selected. We will email you before each renewal is charged, so you always know when a delivery is on its way.

Changing or Cancelling
You can change, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is charged. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to manage your subscription. You can also contact us at hello@drinknyne.com and we will make the change for you.

Timing of Cancellations
A cancellation applies to any renewal that has not yet been charged. Once a renewal has been charged, the order is already in progress at our warehouse and cannot be cancelled or refunded. That delivery will be your final one and no further charges will be made.

Price Changes
If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal, so that you have time to cancel if you do not wish to continue.
