Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST generally ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Carrier NYNE ships all orders via major carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS from our fulfillment center in Fort Myers, Florida.
Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. NYNE is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. All other orders ship at a flat rate of $7.99.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly at the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at hello@drinknyne.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Errors Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. NYNE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@drinknyne.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
